Our Classes

Our infamous OneGear60 class is guaranteed to be one of the best workouts of your life. It is a combination of traditional barbells and dumbells training mixed with TRX/rings, sleds, kettlebells, medicine balls, and more, plus cardio training on treadmills, assault bikes, and rowers. This 60 minute class is unlike no other. We also offer STRONG, an open-gym style class which focuses purely on strength progressions. Lastly, we offer Yoga several times a week to aid in recovery and ease the mind.

OneGear60

Our signature calorie-scorching 60 minute group class. OneGear60 is an electrifying workout which combines cardio on manual treadmills, assault bikes, & rowers, with strength movements using dumbbells, barbells, bands, and bodyweight movements. With a new workout waiting for you every day of the week, OneGear60 will call out your highest self and id guaranteed to help you reach new levels of fitness, both physically and mentally.

STrong

Looking more of a slower style strength focused training regimen? Or not interested in cardio? “Strong” is our 60 minute small-group class focused on building functional strength and mobility throughout the entire body. We work towards perfecting your technique and form on all of the foundational gym, lifts like bench pressing and squatting, while also training calisthenic/bodyweight skills like [planche] pushups, front lever rows, handstands, and one arm pull-ups. There is no specific cardio involved and you are able to work at your own pace with close instruction from the coach. Strong class is a great way for beginners to master the basics, as well as for experienced lifters to improve strength and performance in all areas.

YOGA

A 60 minute yoga flow class inspired by traditional elements of Ashtanga yoga. Our experienced teachers pay careful attentionĀ  to proper alignment in each asana (posture), as well as building strength and balance through intentional sequencing. This class is suitable for all levels of experience, and is a great way to get your foot in the door to the world of yoga.
