Yin Yoga 2.23.25
This 90-minute specialty yoga class is an opportunity to restore the nervous system, replenish depleted energy, and shift the body and mind into a state of total relaxation. This class is a perfect form of recovery (Yin) to balance out the energetic outputs of high-intensity strength and endurance training (Yang).
