This 14-week endurance training program is designed to prepare you for the running portion of the hyrox fitness race. It is aimed at increasing your overall endurance and serves as a complementary program to your regular hyrox strength training routine. The program is 4 days of endurance work. Each week will include: 1 speed running workout, 1 tempo running workout, 1 bicycle workout, and 1 long run. Each workout of this program has been carefully crafted and intimately designed as an overall package to increase endurance, and avoid common endurance injuries.
