Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
All refunds will be provided in the form of store credit only.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for all shipping expenses related to returning items. This includes both the cost of shipping the item back to us and any additional shipping fees if an exchange is requested. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Damages and issues
Damaged items will not be honored a refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Item(s) must be unworn (tried on only), unwashed and in the original packaging with tags attached.

Item(s) must be free of perfume, body odor, or deodorant..

Item(s) must be free of make-up, stains, and pet hair.
*Items not eligible for returns include: socks and hats.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Refunds will be provided in the form of store credit only.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at website@ogtrainingacademy.com.
Please note: OG Training has the right to reject returns that do not meet the above requirements.
