DO YOU OFFER ANY BEGINNER CLASSES?
While we don’t offer classes specifically for beginners, we welcome all fitness levels to join any class on our schedule. Our experienced coaches are skilled in leading mixed-level groups, ensuring that everyone feels supported.
During class, you’ll follow the same workout as others, but can choose your own weights to suit your pace while still enjoying a challenging session. We are always happy to introduce you to the coach before class begins so you may notify them of any current injuries/conditions that may require modification for the workout.
Should you need any support, please email us at support@ogtrainingacademy.com. For your first class, please arrive 15 minutes before the class start time to allow time for parking and to stop at the front desk.
CAN I USE THE CREDITS IN MY MEMBERSHIP FOR ANY CLASS?
Yes, your membership gives you access to book any class on our schedule, including OneGear60, OG Yoga, and HYROX Hybrid Training.
CAN I FREEZE OR CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
For all membership freezes or cancelations, please notify us at least 48 hours before your next billing cycle by sending an email to support@ogtrainingacademy.com with your request.
Freeze: Memberships can be frozen at any time for a minimum of 30 days. The freeze schedule must follow your current billing cycle.
Termination: You may terminate your membership at any time. The termination will follow your current billing cycle, so it will finish out the current month and then terminate before the next billing date.
ARE THERE ANY FEES I SHOULD BE AWARE OF?
We strive to ensure client satisfaction, but we do have a strict late cancellation and absent/no-show policy, which is outlined below. The goal of this policy is to encourage clients who are unable to attend a class to cancel in advance, allowing those on the waitlist the opportunity to join.
Late Cancellations:
Our cancellation policy allows for cancellations up to 8 hours before the class start time. If you cancel within the 8-hour window, a fee of $8.00 will be charged.
Absent/No-Show:If you are on the class roster and do not attend (or forget to check-in at the iPad), a fee of $15.00 will be charged.
HOW CAN I PROCESS AN ONLINE RETURN?
Returns: If you need to return an item purchased from our Shop, follow these steps:
- Ensure the item meets our return criteria by reviewing our Return Policy.
- Submit your return request through here .
Exchanges: For the fastest service, we recommend returning the item you don’t want and placing a new order for the replacement. You can start the return process here (insert link). Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a return label. Please send the item back promptly, as refunds are issued only after the item is received and inspected.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?
We are located in the village of Lindenhurst, right off of Wellwood Ave. The village offers free public parking in the designated municipal lot across the street, as well as in the Lindenhurst Square. There is also metered marking on Auburn St and along Wellwood Ave. Please be mindful of any ‘No Parking’ signs and always pay the meter to avoid being ticketed.
