This event is suited for both Singles and Doubles competitors. 

• Participants must register based on gender and projected finish time (see Heat Breakdown below)
• We will not have a true “Roxzone,” so finish times may be faster than expected.
• There is an official cutoff time of 1 hour and 30 minutes for each participant/team.

• Tickets will go on sale April 3, 2026, at 2:00 PM and can be purchased through the MindBody portal: $65 for an individual ticket, $130 for a doubles ticket.
• Individual competitors: Participants competing individually must purchase one (1) Individual Ticket and complete the course solo.
• Doubles Team: If you’re registering as a doubles team, only one person needs to purchase (1) Doubles Ticket, which covers both participants. After registering, the ticket purchaser must email events@ogtrainingacademy.com with their partner’s full name (first and last), email address, and phone number. Teams will complete the event together, dividing the 8 stations as desired. Partners must remain within arm’s length during runs
• All tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold to another participant.

Additional Notes:

• All 1,000m runs are outdoors, dress accordingly
• OG will manage start times only (no official results tracking)
• Participants are responsible for tracking their own finish time
• Athletes are responsible for tracking their own workout times

• Arrive 15 minutes before your start time

• Late arrivals may not be permitted to participate
• Limit personal belongings (public table available; OG not responsible for lost items)

We’d love to display all OG Athletes’ winning HYROX flags during the event. If you’d like yours included, whether you are participating or not, please drop them off at the front desk in a bag labeled with your name. Flags must be submitted by April 19th.

Spectators are welcome. However, viewers will not be allowed inside the gym during the event. Spectators can watch from the street sidewalk, where they’ll see participants completing the running portion of the event.

This HYROX simulation will take place partially outdoors and is weather permitting. Stay tuned for any weather-related updates.

All tickets are final sale. If the event is canceled due to weather or any other reason, all participants will be added to a rescheduled rain date (TBD). If no alternative date is available, a ticket credit will be issued as an account credit.
