We will be taking our signature OneGear60 style-training and reimagining it for the rooftop setting - infusing heart-pumping HIIT, resistance training, and functional strength to challenge every muscle group for an all-encompassing fitness experience.
You’ll move with intention, push past comfort zones, and finish feeling stronger, more connected, and fully alive.

Gurneys resorts
To help you make the most of your holiday weekend, we’ve compiled some helpful information to optimize your trip and enhance your experience. Please note that OG Training is solely responsible for hosting the rooftop fitness experience. Your ticket does not include access to other amenities.
That said, we want your weekend to be as seamless and enjoyable as possible! We highly recommend booking spa treatments, Bathhouse day passes, dining reservations, and cabana access well in advance, as availability may be limited.

Gurney’s Seawater Spa amenities are available by appointment only and fill very quickly. As there is limited availability, Gurney’s encourages all guests to schedule their BathHouse experience as far in advance as possible. All BathHouse experiences must be scheduled directly with The Seawater Spa by phone at 631-668-1892.
Seawater Spa day guests receiving services of 60 minutes or longer gain BathHouse access by purchasing a $165 day pass, by reservation only. BathHouse sessions may be reserved in 50-minute increments by adult resort guests, members, and spa day guests receiving treatments of one hour or longer. Includes a dynamic collection of heat/cold therapies and seawater pool.
Food & Drink
All fitness guests will have access to the many dining options on-site at Gurney’s, including Dune Lounge, Dune Cafe, Gigi’s Restaurant, and The Beach Club. Click here to learn more about their complete dining offerings.
The Beach Club walk-up bar is available on a first-come-first serve basis.
Reservations are strongly encouraged for Gigi’s Restaurant or Dune Lounge.
Beach Access & Private Cabanas
Beach access is private and reserved for Gurney’s guests only. However, non-resort guest visitors can rent their Lounge Daybeds or Cabanas in advance to reserve a spot on the beach for after class. *It is recommended to reserve as early as possible.*
Visitors are also welcome to drink and dine at The Beach Club's walk-up bar, which operates on a space-available basis (reservations not required).
